NameChase (“the service”) is a viewer for the .uk domain drop list, currently in private beta, operated by AlmostAnEngineer Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
The service is provided free of charge during the beta, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or break, and the service may be unavailable at any time without notice.
Drop-list data is derived from information published by Nominet. A domain appearing in the service is not a guarantee that it will drop, when it will drop, or that it will be available to you — registrations can be renewed at the last moment, and registrar timing varies. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for any purchase, bid, or business decision. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Nominet.
You agree not to:
Accounts are created by invitation during the beta. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove an account at our discretion, in particular for breach of these terms.
The service’s software, design, and presentation are ours. Underlying registry data remains subject to Nominet’s rights and terms. These terms grant you no rights in either beyond using the service as intended.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including missed drops, failed registrations, or reliance on its data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
